Those appear to be 2 pinholes near the top of the card. It's really hard to tell from the scan. At the very least, it looks like paper loss.
I also see 2 light vertical creases at the bottom of the card. IMO, it shouldn't have graded any higher than a 1.5. |

Yes. Pinholes, paperloss and wrinkles. The lesson here is grade the card and not the grade.

I bought it from an honest dealer who had noted the pinholes. It is hard to see from the scans but the case was not tampered with at all.
