That's shameful. Didn't the grader even see the two pinholes? When you spend about twelve seconds looking at a card, you will miss things like that.

Those appear to be 2 pinholes near the top of the card. It's really hard to tell from the scan. At the very least, it looks like paper loss.
I also see 2 light vertical creases at the bottom of the card. IMO, it shouldn't have graded any higher than a 1.5.
