For a long time, I stored my sets in individual card sleeves because I didn't like the look of cards spread out across pages in a binder. However, after several years in a standing position, my cards began to bow lengthwise, so I flipped all my set boxes to one side to combat gravity. Maybe not the best longterm solution, but I think binder storage may have its drawbacks, as well. In any case, make sure to use high-quality, non-migrating plastic.
