I have several friends who have blogs dedicated to the worst condition cards possible...this is not the worse condition card in my collection but it is my favorite in the Phillies collection. Just really poor condition.

Still verifying this but about 90% sure it is a N332 SF Hess Charlie Mitchell with the ad hacked off:

Generally I want type cards that have, at a minimum, nice eye appeal. And then every now and then I am just happy to have a HOF'er from a set...
