7 Days, you can file a Non-Paying Bidder notice and then the bidder has 4 days to pay before you can close out the case.

............I think.

The NPB can be filed after four days. Once the NPB is filed, ebay gives the buyer an additional four days to pay before you can close the case and receive a refund for your final value fees.
