I didn't receive this N54 email, but the same thing happens at work. HQ sends out an email, someone hits reply all, and 35,000 Post Offices receive the reply. Then some people complain about the reply all email by using reply all.

I guess someone made a list.....and I did feel that as the (main) moderator of the board I should put out an email letting those on that email string know I had nothing to do with that email. That was my justification for sending to those mail recipients. There is an email list that this board has, from registrations, but it is almost never used. There are a few sentences about it in the rules.
