I clearly remember Mark Finn and this guy...it was just awful...Frank is one of the bigger scam artists around and would love to see his business shut down for good.

Was he in business with Frank or a victim of a scam??

Memory has been shot lately but if I recall Mark was a victim of Frank. Bought some stuff from him off ebay and Frank screwed him, kept his money, split the lot, and relisted the cards. I may be off but someone on the non-sports side might be able to answer better. I am not over there that often anymore.
