So what do you guys think on value. Only knowing the hobby and peripheral things, what do ya'll think....$200-$500?

It's not baseball related so the value is pretty minimal IMO..$50 or less.

Assuming it is a generic pennant for the City of New York and not affiliated with Baseball in any way, $50-$100.
