For anyone who knows Bruce, what ever was the real reason for the continual use of the "we"? Other than the "class warfare," Bruce wrote very intelligent threads and has by all accounts a very nice collection. However, the "we" made this posts a parody, which he must've realized.

BTW, I read in an earlier thread that Bruce was very ill, so hopefully, he's getting better these days.

Bruce is out of the hospital and getting better and appreciates everyone's well wishes.

I wish Bruce well... I've been extremely crossways with him a few times, and 100% on his side some times (which should cause him concern). He does know a right smart about old cards, Federal League stuff, and matters from that time. I got after him a few times on the boards, so did some others. He may well not have deserved some of that. Hope he has a speedy recovery.

Wonka is from Willie Wonka with the golden insert... and think of that idea as what the card companies started doing with chase cards, signed cards, refractors, and all of that similar stuff.

Ted Z is older than most dirt here in the U.S. He antedates some Tyrannosaurus Rex fossils. On the up side, he's been a sponge for baseball and baseball card knowledge all of that time. He knows a right smart, and most of it's right (exceptin' for not realizing that Coupons and Ty Cobb backed cards have no business in T206, eg).
