Maybe he does have the cards, but just waits for the right scans to pop up from other people to sell his cards.
Usually scammers go for the grand slam home run. This guy dragged a bunt down the first base line with the cards he's put up. Scanners aren't expensive. If he actually does have cards to sell, this makes him look really bad.

Normally I'd agree, but he answered a question without ever saying that the card pictured was not the card someone would receive.
Regardless, he stole a scan from my auction... Perhaps he is one of the scammers that tries to go under the radar with 1 or 2.

Probably my very best T-card purchase was from a seller who used MY SCANS. They really didn't have a scanner but they listed cards that were never cataloged so I knew they were for real.
