thanks, Phil...I also picked up a '78 Laughlin Leon Day. Sure it's not a rookie, but, I really don't think I'll ever be able to afford any of the older Day stuff, and honestly up until now, the '78 Laughlin's have been somewhat elusive for me(at least at a decent price)...

David

Laughlin cards are great. One of the first cards I ever collected other than Topps(in late 1970's). They used to sell them at a place called the TOBACCO SHOP in South Miami. It was great, the smell of pipe tobacco in the air as I rummaged around through the boxes of cards.

Default Mixed bag

Good prices on all of these. The Becker blank back was a welcome addition to my T207 set.

Yeah, they're generic as hell, and there's no reason at all that I should love 'em....But I do... I've got a good number of the '74's, but the '78 rarely seem to come up cheap...Finally, happy to have a '78..Someday, once I'm finished with the HOF collection, I may end up putting both Laughlin sets together..

Thanks Tony A. for putting these cards on ebay and helping me get closer on this impossible huge set.

That Pfeister is gorgeous. I've gotta get back into T206's soon.

Thank You, Peter for the investment banker and Thank You, Mark for the restauranteur (kind of makes me think of "Midnight Run," but different professions):
