I'd say they're chocolate cards
![]() I believe the Milliat Freres is a series of sweepstakes tickets set issued in France by a candy co. and that Lenglet is heavyweight Andre Lenglet. I have seen a Carpentier without the coupon from a different series. That's about all I know of it. French cards are challenging--rare but obscure.
