Andrew, You and your daughter and family will be on my prayer list. I have found that keeping a list is the best way to track and prove that prayer works. Not that I need proof, sometimes others do.

Those little ones are a lot tougher than what they get credit for! If you can keep her positive attitude and good spirits up then half the battle is won already. Best of luck with future treatments and may God bless you, her and the rest of the family.... we'll keep her in our prayers.
