That's exactly what the National tshirts were: thin and cheesy and bright lava red!

Red? In that case, making them thin wasn't a bad idea. It's a rag when you bought it.

I think you really should do it. Easy way to promote net54 while generating some revenue.

At most it would be about a buck or two in the revenue dept....that isn't the thought. Our very nice and appreciated advertisers are the only revenue from this site. I guess it would be advertising but I just think wearing them could sort of be neat as we would "know" each other at shows and such....I know many folks have commented on the pin when I have worn it.

Ditto, but I would wear it to the local (Houston) TriStar shows twice a year.

This is my thought too with maybe the logo on the chest like that and maybe, depending on pricing (I want to keep them affordable) another larger one on back and a smaller one on the right sleeve.....I think that would look very nice....

and this T-shirt thing would be ongoing, I am sure I couldn't get it done in time for this National, if I do it...

Zazzle allows you to upload images for shirt designs and assign a "royalty" fee to them. This way you don't have to maintain any kind of inventory (they "print on demand") or ship yourself, plus buyers have nearly unlimited options as far as colors/styles/etc.:

I was always a fan of the baseball undershirts with the 3/4 length sleeves. Logo or writing on the front, website in smaller(yet readable) letters printed right below the neckline on the back. This is how I did the shirts when I had my band. They looked good, and the smaller letters on the back catches people's eye and makes them unconsciously take a closer look to see what it says. That unconscious effort, will assist in the website sticking in people's heads..Simple psychology.

Ball caps would be awesome too(preferably stitched)..I'm sure somebody on here could work up a nice logo, and then have the website printed/stitched on the back or along the side. Knit winter hats would be cool too.

Hats might work better and cheaper than shirts. Since you can wear a hat day after day if you're working a show, without people thinking "hey, that dirty m*therf**ker's wearing the same shirt he did yesterday."

Surely someone on the board is a graphic artist or otherwise skilled in this kind of stuff. I'd love to grab a Net54 shirt if available, but like others, want it to be classy!

As for the pin, something retro that plays off of some of the old school pins that many on here collect would be cool...

Great idea regardless...

Would love to have pics of vintage cards on the front/back side, pretty cool I think.
