) I don't find it my obligation to educate myself about a piece of cardboard that I have no interest in, but would love to sell it to someone that would love to own it. I think the spirit of how a seller deals with the "make an offer" is the key... If someone trully wants to get rid of some cardboard, so be it. The point I am trying to make is it really shouldn't be a big deal to the buyer or seller. Obviously some are happy to make offers and some are not... Let it roll
