Made this one a few months ago, and it seems to fit this topic. Although not prewar, and not baseball, this thread needs an All-American card in it.

Ok, not cards but fitting.
1930's-40's Braves warmup jacket


And a bike made for the US 1984 olympic cycling team. Possibly used in the team time trial for bronze. They made 12 and used 4 so the odds are decent on actual use. It was raced worldwide after that.
