I've always been under the impression that the clearest storage material is archival quality mylar film. Lower grades of plastic, like polypropylene and others, will tend to have some opacity, however slight. I believe you can find mylar sleeves in the size you need just about anywhere on the web - just check to see if it's archival quality.
