What's up with all these douchebag scammers from PA? The scammer in the other thread that ripped off a board member is also from PA.

I asked for local pickup with cash payment and the seller declined. He said he would end early for $15K but would only mail the card.

Yes. One red flag after another on this. I would pick one of the other 150,000 '52 Mantles to buy if I were looking for one. IMO, no way in heck does that card get a numerical grade from SGC, BVG or PSA......
