Great notebook covers, I do have the Cobb, I had it professionally framed, not graded.

Yea....I don't get it!! NO WAY is that Mantle a PSA 1. What in the world happened the day that thing was graded!?!?!?!?!?!

When I think of the grade PSA 1, I think of a card that is falling apart, and on it's last legs!! One step away from the trash can! What part about that card made the grader think that it was falling apart!?!?!??

Was shutout the first night but had 3 wins tonight. I faced stiff competition on all these lots but managed to come away with the e103 group of 19, the w517 Minis and the Tatoo Orbit group of 43. I know next to nothing about Tatoo Orbits and I suppose I'll be taking the time to learn a thing or two....anyone want to give me a crash course on this set?

I thought you might get the minis...

I got absolutely killed on my consignments and nearly all of the cards I wanted went high.

Congrats on the 1931 W517 Mini's, Brian.... I was watching that auction, but it went beyond where I was willing to go....

I picked up the 1936 Overland Candy Wrappers and the set of 1929 R315's. I have been looking for a 1936 Overland Candy Wrapper of Lefty Grove for many, many years.... I can finally cross that wrapper of my wantlist!!!!

Default Legendary

Struck out on a few lots that I wanted, but ended up picking up the Star Player Candy Gehrig, which I'm happy about.

Default Ended With Just One Win

As is my want, I was underbidder on several lots...most notably the 1913 Oakland Oaks set. I did end up paying pretty well on the lot of 4 notebook covers with Wagner/Cobb/Mathewson/Griffith. Anyone have any idea if these could get a numeric grade from SGC...or are they destined to be "Authentic" examples?
