Wow, that is wonderful news and I am VERY glad to see one of the faces I know so well return. Congratulations on the new position!
I was a bit concerned with how things had been going over the past few months even though it is a transition, the service was fine but the customer service wasn't what I was used to getting. The best news in the hobby in a long time and I to am hopeful things will settle done and the service tiers can be reset soon. James G
