Thanks Brock. The story didn't jive with the item. I am hopeful that the seller will still point me to the auction results as his ability to do so (or not) will tell me a lot about his selling practices.

I can't believe these people, coming up with totally sensationalized false stories to jack there prices way up. It happens all the time. Like they said earlier, this is a cheap prize that you would win at a carnival back in the 20's, having nothing to do with any team or player, just generic. I love to see this stuff on the site. Most of the experts on here have seen it all and know it all.
