Jmad - Just out of curiosity, if you currently own a T206 Demmitt, St.Louis or were to acquire one in VG-EX condition, what would your selling price be?

By the way, the seller is a stand up guy and his answer was classic!

"to stick it to the man"
verb (intransitive),(idiomatic) To take some action intended to defy a source of oppression such as globalization, commercialization, big business or government.

. . or auction houses. A TKO for the average Joe. Good job!

Default Auction

That was a classic response. Seller is a good guy, I have won auctions from him before with no issues...

I wasn't referring to that card in particular, just in general. I'm not saying he is a bad guy either. I have several saved searches and they are up there on the high end of BIN's.

Agreed- his answer was great!!

That seller is a well known dealer so I'm surprised the "auction house" didn't know better.

He also has the balls to list stuff like a T3 Matty and an N172 Hoss portrait for .99 so I don't get the high price, saved searches thing.

I do understand an auction house fishing eBay for consignments. Isn't that how they all do it?
