thanks for both pics. I have seen the picture side of the postcard from JD's website and I was curious about the other side. The 1890 post office cancellation from Ashland is indeed pretty cool. I wrote to the owner of the property near Ashland, NH. where the first D&M factory was built. I asked him to take some pictures of the ruins.
