Sounds to me that you thought you were getting a very good buy at $4.99 and when you found out it was a repro, you asked for a refund which the seller complied with.
To me, it sounds like you are bummed that you didn't get a very good buy and now you want to punish the seller. He was a good seller and refunded your money. Enough said. Give him a break and give him positive feedback for being man enough to refund your purchase price.
