i've seen one e98 blank back before...although it factory cut if i remember correctly. the e97s are a bunch of hand-cut beaters...
the professor is all over the place, his e95s are correct...the e98s are blank handcut, and the e97s are regular-backed but hand cut and even a few e97s b/w mixed in. |

In the trunk, I'd found an old photo of him, in his work. I think he was working on a polymerization process as a way to protect his cards. Obviously, the gov't funded experiments were a failure.

I was playing around in photoshop and came up with the below puzzle picture.
The first picture are the uncut e97 panels sold by Mastro in 2006. The second photo are your cards placed in similar layout to the Mastro ones. ![]() ![]() |

That's a cool find.....Quan, I think have seen a one or two blank back E98s before as well....the Vaughan is tough in any condition...the only I could find years ago putting my set together had an Old Put stamp on it.
