"Apache" and "Poinciana" and "Take Five"

Apache is a jazz instrumental by Jørgen Ingmann....in his 1961 album "Jørgen Ingmann and His Guitar".

Poinciana is a classic by jazz pianist Ahmad Jamal. First recorded live at the Pershing Hotel in Chicago in 1958.
You don't have to follow jazz to appreciate this music.

Not off the "beaten track", but still going strong after 50+ years....Dave Brubeck's "Take Five".
