I bought what I thought was a 1939 Sporting News Supplement (M101-9) Bob Feller off ebay last year, only to realize belatedly that it was indeed a fake/reprint. I recently found the real deal and added it to my collection, and I have kept the fake one to remind me that there is still a lot I don't know in this hobby, and its easy to make mistakes if you are unfamiliar with a particular issue! The third pic is the original ad for these photos.
