I think that most everyone that has used SGC has a positive attitude towards the customer service that was provided. PSA could have learned a lot about customer service by following what you did at SGC. I don't know you personally but I've spoken to you on the phone in the past and have only positive thoughts about SGC because of what you brought to that company.
