Hi Rand,
Not Pitt. Last time a light color cap w/ dark visor was worn 1920. Also, even in b/w photos, Pittsburgh dark, striped stirrups showed. These stockings are of a single color imo. A resource helpful in dating photos; http://exhibits.baseballhalloffame.o...e.htm#database
