Nice work, Mark. I agree--it's a '29 ball. But there's still an anomaly: Shawkey retired after the '27 season.

Got it covered. Shawkey is listed as a Yankee coach in 1929. He took over as manager in 1930. Art Fletcher managed the last 11g of the 1929 season after Huggins died Sept 25 of erysipelas. Mark

It's a shame that auction houses limit access to their websites, and therefore miss out on potential customers, by not presenting their material in either an .html option, or viewable on mobile devices..
They either have their applications developed by a vendor with little foresight, or they've done it on their own and not done their homework. This site requires Flash 10.0. Most company network standards is 9.0 currently.
