If you look up the invoice number for cards you have submitted to SGC on their website, it lists each card. If you click on the players name (it's a hyperlink) it takes you to a page with cards information and what looks like a tally sheet for scoring of the card. If you have never submitted to SGC you won't understand what I am talking about.

I believe you are referring to the population report. I worked at SGC so I am more than a little familiar with the process.
