That is a killer piece, Lou....
I love the Dodger Weirdos... they are so fun, and capture that early '60s style as well as anything out there. A couple of questions... * Will that amazing Hip Nodder be showing up in a future ITPC Auction? * Were you able to acquire any of the other Dodger Weirdos along with that one? I am looking for a nice example, as you can probably tell form the nature of this post. I like the Screwball Guy best, but would be happy to acquire any one of the set (if someone out there is considering selling/trading). Looking for one with no chips, cracks, repairs.... thanks! |

Thanks for the plug. No- this one won't be in an auction anytime soon. We will be having an auction ending 1/22 with loads of great figural pieces and bobbing heads. It will open for bidding on 1/1/11. Just visit our web site at ; www.insidetheparkcollectibles.com

Just got this great rppc of a Lincoln street scene with a nifty advertisement for the game...I was able to figure out exactly where the photo was taken by scouring through my Lincoln history books.
![]() ![]() the photographer would have been standing across the street from the courthouse.

I managed to pick up two pretty neat items under the wire in late December...
1) Bob Feller signed business card from the 1970's when he worked as the Director of Sales- Sports for The Hilton Hotel in downtown Cleveland. Dimensions of the business card are approx. 3" x 5" when the die cut card shaped like a baseball is opened up. 2) Circa 1940's Satchel Paige fountain pen signed luggage tag with his address on E. 12th street in KC. Dimensions of the tag are 1.5" x 3.5". I bought this from Net54 member Coyte Bryson on the BST yesterday. Thanks Coyte! |
