Uh, not if the scum bag seller has private sales.
ACOFIND is a KNOWN seller of fake and reproduction items many of them either baseball or advertising related (he has some on right now) but all of his listings are private. I have reported this guy numerous times over the last four years but eBay STILL allows him to sell. I know for a fact that he has ripped people off for tens of thousands of dollars but eBay does nothing about it. I cant go to the police because I am not going to waste my money buying a fake from him and I can not tell the high bidders they are buying fake items because when I try, all it says is private listing. By allowing private listings, eBay has created the perfect vehicle for scam artists to survive and thrive. David
