I like them. If they could put to use some of the old unused images that the Topps Vault sells now (color negatives) onto some of the classic card designs instead of new players, I'd like it even more. Maybe they have and I just haven't seen any. I don't buy very much of the new products anymore.
I don't really understand why they reprint the same exact card. They have done this in some of the newer football sets (ie. 1957 Topps and newer) over the last 8 years or so. Why would I want a 2001 Topps recreation of a 1972 Topps Roger Staubach RC and all its parallels...chrome ect.?? |
