This is the same seller who had the 1924 and 1958 Negro League banners for sale. The ones that looked like the 1927 Babe Ruth banner and which were discussed on this board in other threads.
Oh yeah, if you look at his Feed Back, he has sold reprint Ty Cobb cards and fake Babe Ruth Kaywoodie drink signs. The Colgan's sign is currently at $1,001 dollars. When will people learn? David
