Not even Morales, or anyone with half a sane chromosome would think that was CLOSE To a real Mantle signature. There can not be anything so bad, since the Infamous "Yogi Bear" and Baby Ruth ball a few months back.

i would be willing to bet the seller thinks it is real....
they probably bought it back in the early 90's, maybe from the home shopping channel or somewhere and are selling it now... Pretty bad signature, even drunk Mick could sign better then that!

My guess was that it sold locally in Pa and was then quickly posted to ebay for a quick flip, not that it ever sold on ebay. Sorry my original post was unclear.
