There's an auction section in BST. I tried it myself for the first time, and I think it's a good way to go.
Or you could put a price and say OBO. I'm not sure about simply "best offer" in the regular BST. I'm not implying that you would do any of the following To me it would have the feel of an "auction" where the competition if any wasn't known. In those sorts of setups reasonable offers often get bumped by "someone else who's interested" A fine short term strategy, but not a good one long term. The way it fails is when too many cards get "sold" to the imaginary someone else. Then when relisted excuses are needed and in a small group you just don't get that many deals that fall through. And that sort of rep drives prices down for sellers that do that sort of thing. If the item was very expensive, I could see where you might want to have private offers made, and it's a bit more standard then. Steve B |

This is just me, but I would be interested in a number of the cards you have to offer and none of them if they were graded...on the other hand there is a whole universe of collectors who are just the reverse.
I might also package some of the more common items in lots. There have been some rediculous prices paid for very low grade common lots lately...don't know why. When I sell on ebay (which I mostly do with APBA cards) I start low and trust the market to carry it. I am sometimes disappointed. |

If you do back to the E-Bay route - you may want to sell some commons first so you have a feedback record with vintage cards. Then move your bigger ticket items. The fr/bk scans are nice. And remember the sniper. So don't worrry to much if your not getting bids. It all works out in the end. ((most of the time)))
