ebay police: Raw original t206 Wagner?

I reported the item to ebay, but the listing is still active. I contacted the seller, and he sent me a rambling message with no punctuation and numerous spelling errors that included that included threats.

He did convince me that this card is real, and I plan on bidding at least $75 on this authentic Wagner.

Why is it that everyone that thinks they are selling real Wagners on eBay communicates via rambling, threatening messages with no punctuation and multiple spelling errors?

I'm most impressed that 80% of a card qualifies as deserving of a fair grade. I wonder how much less Honus would need to be part of the card to get it called a poor.
