Very nice, David! Leave it to the non-sports guy to get a vintage haul like that.

This was my 8th straight National... didn't pick up a single baseball card, but I didn't go home empty-handed, luckily. Always great to see my collector buddies.

David, nice pickup. I was wondering if he was going to come back.

Bill, thanks for the N283 scans. I was hoping to see them before they got sold but figured it was you who snagged them and I would see them soon enough.

I had a great time at my first National and enjoyed meeting many Net54 members. I was able to pick up a couple of cards I needed included this E90-1 Richie.

Had a really nice time at my first National. I'll have to post pics later but a few of my highlights:

Meeting Josh A., Bill L. Leon,...
Drooling over Scott Levy's cards and chatting with him
Meeting William Peebles and looking at his incredible craftsmanship (www.huntingtonbaseballco.com)
Picking up some great wire photos from the TSN collection
Having a T206 Cobb (bat on) Sovereign 350 come back as an SGC 60 when I was hoping for a 50.
Talking baseball with Dmitri Young. Dude is a genuine guy.
Being able to talk concert posters (my other collecting passion) with one dealer
Seeing the complete set of 1949 Bowman PCL's
Having a chance to fully be a baseball/collecting geek in public, without shame.... haha

Default I enjoyed meeting a number of ...

Net54ers on Thursday & Saturday. I kept reminding myself to look for the Net54 pins (thanks Leon!), but my eyes kept wanting to look down and focus on the vintage cards at the dealers' tables! I had a great time and picked up these cards for my type collection:

I had a fantastic time !!! This was one of, if not the most enjoyable Nationals that I've ever attended. I'm glad that I was there Wed. thru Sat. It was really nice meeting/seeing many Net54 members as well as meeting some other longtime hobby collectors at the show.

Default T205's from National

T205's from National.

Shooting for the number one T205 set on the SGC Registry.

click here for pick ups......http://imageevent.com/babybingbaseball/foruploads

Thanks to everyone who made these cards available at the show. I will say the T205 market was a more active at this show than previous ones.

A big thank you to the SGC guys who crossed many PSA cards as well as raw cards submitted in a very timely manner. I did have one fairly high end PSA card rejected due to color added. It was pretty obvious once Brian pointed it out and I was able to get a refund from the dealer. Thanks again to everyone at SGC.
Overall it was great to meet new and old card friends. Looking forward to Chicago.

Managed to pick up a bunch of T206s. Worked on HOFers mostly, and I'm now only 5 away from the HOF set. Special thanks to Bill Latzko for putting a big dent in my want list. Also got Brooks Robinson, Frank Robinson, Cal Ripken, Jim Brown and Jackie Slater to sign some RCs. The Howe might be my favorite pick up.
