If you are going to do a basic Gretzky set, you gotta have a few other ones in there..... ya gotta have his rookie record breaker, his "Superaction" card, i think he had an "in action" card as well, his card with Messier, One topps card- the sweater card, and his all star cards. I would stop at 1988 (thumb tack set) I myself have about 500 gretzky cards... nothing great left due to theft , but still some decent ones....
