Default Sorry to take a step away from the questionnaire

Ok, so a lot of people have responded so far to this, and it's extremely interesting seeing people from all different walks of life. My question is mainly how people became interested in prewar cards? I know for myself that my love for early 1900's baseball has always been much deeper than the game that is played professionally today (even though i luckily still have the opportunity to play pretty competitively). When i realized that there were baseball cards from before the 1950's i was hooked. Anyone else have an interesting story about how they started collecting?

P.s. Thanks to this thread for finally giving me a chance to stop lurking and start posting

Tucker

The modern vintage themed sets are what got me interested in prewar cards.
