Personally, I don't mind when somebody shares some of the instances when deals turn bad. In some cases, it can warn others to be wary of some sellers out there who aren't necessarily out there to deal fairly, especially once they have their money.

That said...when those posts devolve into pissing matches I just stop reading them. At best, it pollutes the ambience here; at worst, it smacks of extortion. Some get into the intrigue and he said/he said drama, but if I want that kind of drama in my life I'd just ask my wife if one of her friends or coworkers is single.

Default Careful....

Careful, Leon. If you continue to disagree with me, I'm going to find a chat board somewhere and tell everyone how unfair you are being.

It's America and everyone can gripe all they want to wherever they want to, as far as I am concerned. Some of the same people that gripe are still on this board, though I don't know why? Maybe so they can mock me and be little piss ants . Yes, you know who you are......

A headsup (from a long-time poster) can be valuable. Keep 'em coming.

Most here are savvy enough to smell a rat and can sense an ulterior motive. Steve
