At least some B-18 blankets were attached to the outside of a cigarette pack. The paper strip was holding it in place, back in the day. I don't think they hurt the value, since they are as originally made.

Thanks for the photo. That isn't a revenue / tax stamp.
It is the paper tape that was used to hold it folded with the product. Definitely original, a good thing to leave on there. |
