Found out a bit more. The 1924 schedule found with the uniform is from st. Louis. We live an hour from there so there is an extremly good chance that its a st. Louis uniform. Is there any websites that post minor league teams?

Here's an interesting link to the Vintage Baseball Association. They play baseball in 1890's-style uniforms. Somebody there perhaps can help.

looks like the old style, but was hand made maybe for a old timers game or something. Still a very neat looking piece
