Be thankful you are not in Vancouver, where the average 3 bedroom bungalow house on an average lot is over 800K..... put the same house in West Vancouver and its 1.5 mill.

Ive already resolved i will never own real estate here!

I have a very nice 1 acre lot for sale in Maine for $19,900 if any high roller should care to branch out into the real estate market. Plenty of hardwood as well as some pine, nice seasonal brook running through the property.

How do we know that the land hasn't been trimmed, recolored or otherwise altered? Does PSA make a slab this size?
