I would take 300 off the BL 350 and the AB 460 and then I say you are pretty close to todays market but realize anything can happen in a traditional auction. Just estamates.
BL 350-500 AB 460-200 example a SGC 30 Lenox black just brought 1k in Heritage.

Seems as though I made a gross pricing error on the one I sold to a fellow board member a few months ago.

a year ago the Lenox grade 3s were about 400 or 450 and have taken a crazy jump for some reason.
I went back to a year old email where I was offered about 5 Lenox examples and only took two of those and man I wish I would have taken all 5 considering todays prices. I picked up a Tinker for $350.

I hope you sold it to a collector and not a flipper...

Peter I don't feel bad but I guess I would if I gave it too much thought.
I was just giving Jim grief as he didn't pay $1000 for the one he got from me. |

I am reviving this thread because of the recent auction I ran on the BST. I listed a nice SGC 30 AB 460 starting at $150 which is well below the $200 that seemed to be accepted as the going rate for the back.
Well the results I got were no bids and a few emails telling me that I was overpriced and getting offers at 50% of my asking price. I like this threas because I have some of these back and looking to move but had no idea where the price range was. I think the initial post had a decent grasp but was also looking to clarify that his observations were correct and he got 2 replies of correction, Thanks to them. But it seems like the buyers are not responding to there willingness to pay. I think people like to see that the cards they have have this nice value tracked to them but when the time comes are they really getting those prices or close to it? Threads like this would be very helpful if the people would respond more when they feel if something is out of line, in my example it appears to definately be the case. Lee
