I think that most, if not all, of these cards are from the Charlie Conlon estate.

After reading the catalog description for the N172 California League Doyle (Lot #1 in REAs recent auction), I'm thinking it is also from Charlie Conlon's collection.

As far as rare (scarce?) cards still in raw collections, I personally know of a
T206 collection that has yet to hit the market (may not for that matter), with several green Cobbs, and a Magie error, highlighting its 500+ cards. Its nice to know there is still that sort of stuff out there in private collections (not been offered at auction).

It states in the description for the sgc 50 magie that it is from conlon's collection. Not sure about the others.
