That was the rumor I heard, but it was unsubstantiated... until now.

Well we know the Doyle was Charlie's, that was no secret. And I know he had multiple Planks that he collected over the years ago. So that's my guess.

To be honest, I have a vested interest in asking. The Goudey Lajoie is #16 in that sequence.
