Richard, that is a very cool early postcard of Joe, but it isn't a Pebble Beach PC, unless it is a second type that I have never seen before w/o the text at the bottom. It has the same image as that set but why did the graders holder it with that identification?

Because it is a trimmed copy. Note the tiny black dot on the right hand bottom which matches the highest part of the Pebble Beach advertisement. Also the dimensions match as it is short and has a postcard back.

Dan, that make sense, whoever trimmed it did a very good job as it looks almost factory cut like that--but I do see now the black spot that corresponds to the top of the "h" at the end of the "Pebble Beach" script logo normally seen on these.
