On this day in 1910, William Howard Taft ...
became the first President to throw out the ceremonial first pitch on opening day in our Nation's Capital, and Walter Johnson then proceded to shut out the Philadelphia A's 3-0 on one hit!!
Blair - Yes, Johnson cards is one of my main collecting focuses, along with Sam Rice cards and vintage type cards. The following are W516-1, W516-1-2, and W516-2-2 cards. I've long wondered if the W516-1-2 (the one in the middle) is real or a repro - can anyone advise? Also, I'd love to acquire a W516-2-1 card to go along with these - anyone have one to sell or trade?
